We focus on not just workouts and nutrition but also your overall lifestyle and mindset to ensure that you can break out of that YoYo Dieting cycle and maintain the results.
GymBees coaching is made up of three women that have been through their own struggles with confidence, food and exercise. They have all experienced the positive impact that taking back control and making lifestyle changes can have and wanted to help other women realise their potential.
Bee
Head coach of GymBees coaching started her journey after struggling with under-eating and a poor relationship with food – After taking back control of her relationship with food she realised just how much this changed her life and wanted to help other women do the same.
Gaby
Has been coaching for three years going through her own fitness journey over the past ten years – from struggling with her relationship with food, to challenging herself to compete and now balancing her own goals alongside being a Mum of twins one year old twins – she is passionate about helping other women realise their potential.
Louise
Previously struggled with her weight from childhood until unviersity leaving her feeling unconfident and holding herself back in so many ways. She signed up with a PT and started to fall in love with exercise challenging herself to try a variety of different forms of exercise. The habits and lifestyle changes transformed Louises life and Louise wanted to help others do the same.
